Russ Wilson is working on completing his undergraduate degree in accounting, specializing in data analytics from Utah Valley University. He has prior experience in accounting, and the mortgage industry.

At Decker Retirement Planning, Russ enjoys being able to make the start of the retirement process as smooth as possible for our clients. In his current role, he sets up their accounts, resolves any challenges that may come up, and helps them enjoy a worry-free retirement.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Carly, and their small dog, Murphy. Russ and Carly enjoy watching as many movies as possible, playing a large collection of board games with their families, and spending time outside.
